Exam Results Information - Summer 2017

    Results Day

    A Level results - Thursday, 17 August 2017 from 9:00am

    AS results - Thursday, 17 August 2017 from 10:00am

    GCSE results - Thursday 24 August 2017 from 9.00 am

     

    These are the ways of obtaining your exam results:

    - They can be collected in person by you on results day - from 9.00 am
    - They can be collected on your behalf. You will need to name the collector and provide them with a signed letter giving written permission for them to collect your results. They will also need to have some form of ID.
    - They can be posted if you can provide a stamped addressed envelope. Please deliver this to the exam office or send it in marked for the attention of the exams officer.

    The exam office will be unable to deal with individual telephone requests for results on the day.

    EXAM OFFICE AVAILABILITY:

    Results Day – available to deal with enquiries in person until 2pm.

    Following Results Day the Exam Office can only be contacted via e-mail exams@csg.school .

    For Priority Review of Marking/Script request deadline is Thursday 24 August 2017.

    For Non-Priority Review of Marking/Script request deadline is Thursday 14 September 2017.

    - Review of marking cost £50.00
    - Script cost £15.00

     

    Review of marking/script requests will not be processed by the Exam Office unless the relevant form has been signed and payment has been received (form is from School reception on Results Day or on the School website).

    Remember a review of marking can lead to a subject grade going down as well as up, or remain unchanged. Remark fees will be refunded if the OVERALL subject grade improves.

     

    Payment must be by ParentPay (Year 12) or Cheque/Cash (All Leavers). If using ParentPay, please ensure that you make a payment against either Exams-Remark or Exams–Scripts with the amount due.

    In the case of cheques, please make them payable to Camden School for Girls.

    Requests for review of marking/scripts can be made by e-mail provided the relevant form has been completed and signed by the student and attached to the e-mail. Again, these requests will not be processed until payment has been received.

    All results correspondence MUST be with the Exam Office (exams@csg.school). Any e-mails sent to other addresses may not reach the Exam Office in time for processing prior to deadlines and we will not be responsible for requests not sent to Exams.

     

    Re-sits for Ex-students

    Former students who wish to make exam entries through this centre as Private Candidates must contact the Exam Office by end December 2017. Please note there is an administrative charge in addition to any fees levied by the Exam Board.

    Certificates

    The certificates for June 2017 examination series will be available from mid-November 2017. They will need to be collected from the Exam Office between 10.00am and 2.00pm Mon-Fri. If you are unable to collect the certificates yourself, they can be collected on your behalf. The person collecting must be provided with a signed note from you, which we will keep as authorization and they will need to show some form of ID.
